Vilot Legal Solutions ("Vilot", "we", "us") is a technology-enabled legal operations enterprise registered as a sole proprietorship under UDYAM, providing business legal support through professional allocation, workflow coordination, document preparation and compliance management.
By accessing www.vilot.com, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or making payment for any service, you ("Client" or "User") agree unconditionally to these Terms of Use. These Terms constitute a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and are subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.
Vilot acts as a service coordinator and engagement manager. Where legal professional services are required, Vilot engages independent Professional Partners who bear sole professional responsibility for advice, opinions and representations made in their professional capacity.
The Free Consultation is a preliminary business assessment. No reliance should be placed on statements made during the Free Consultation as constituting legal advice. AI-assisted tools, where used, produce outputs that require review and validation by an assigned Professional Partner before final delivery.
All prices displayed are indicative starting prices and do not constitute a binding offer. Final fees may vary based on scope, complexity, jurisdictional requirements, government filing fees and professional involvement. An Assignment is formally created and processing commences only upon receipt of full payment. Government fees, third-party charges and disbursements are not included in quoted fees and are payable separately by the Client.
Vilot endeavours to deliver services within a standard turnaround of 72 hours to 7 business days, subject to service complexity, government timelines, third-party delays and Client cooperation. Services involving government filings are subject to external timelines beyond Vilot's control.
| Service | Standard Turnaround |
|---|---|
| Contract Drafting & Review | 72 hours – 5 business days |
| Company Registration | 7–15 business days |
| Trademark Application Filing | 5–7 business days (prosecution ongoing) |
| Copyright Registration | 5–7 business days (certificate per Copyright Office) |
| GST Registration | 5–7 business days |
| DPDP / POSH / HR Compliance | 10–21 business days |
| Legal Notice | 72 hours – 3 business days |
Each Assignment includes one (1) revision at no additional charge, to be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. A revision means a reasonable correction within the original scope — not a change of scope, new instructions or substantive restructuring. Additional revisions are chargeable. Revision rights lapse after the stipulated period. For registration and filing services, revisions are limited to corrections of filing errors attributable to Vilot's processing.
Vilot selects and assigns a suitable Professional Partner for each Assignment at its discretion. All Professional Partners are independent contractors — not employees, agents or officers of Vilot. Professional opinions and representations made in their professional capacity remain the sole professional responsibility of such Professional Partners. Vilot reserves the right to replace a Professional Partner where circumstances warrant.
Vilot reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any engagement immediately in the following circumstances:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vilot's aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific Assignment. Vilot shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages; loss of profits; government or regulatory delays; professional negligence of independent Professional Partners; or outcomes of regulatory or judicial proceedings.
The Platform, including its design, workflows, automation systems, templates, branding and methodology, is the exclusive intellectual property of Vilot Legal Solutions and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. The Client retains ownership of all documents and materials uploaded by the Client. Upon full payment and delivery, ownership of the customised Deliverable vests in the Client.
Vilot shall treat all Client-submitted information as confidential and shall not disclose it to third parties except: (a) to assigned Professional Partners to the extent necessary for service delivery; (b) as required by law, court order or regulatory authority; (c) with the Client's prior written consent. This obligation does not apply to information already in the public domain.
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Vilot, its proprietor, officers, employees and Professional Partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) the Client's breach of these Terms; (b) misuse of the Platform or Services; (c) provision of false or misleading information; (d) third-party claims arising from the Client's use of any Deliverable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Delhi NCR shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes not resolved amicably within 30 days shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat at Delhi, conducted in English by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed.

Vilot is a technology-enabled legal operations enterprise, not a law firm. Where legal professional services are required, such services are provided by independent Professional Partners. An attorney-client relationship, if any, is formed solely between the Client and the assigned professional at the time of formal engagement.
The Free Consultation is a preliminary business assessment and service-discovery interaction. It is not a legal consultation and does not constitute legal advice. No reliance should be placed on statements made during the Free Consultation as forming the basis for any business or legal decision.
Independent Professional Partners engaged by Vilot — advocates, CAs, company secretaries and other professionals — are solely and independently responsible for the professional opinions, legal advice and representations made in their professional capacity. Vilot's role is limited to facilitating service coordination and professional allocation.
Vilot makes no representation, warranty or guarantee regarding the outcome of any legal proceeding, regulatory application, government filing or compliance exercise. Outcomes are determined by independent government and judicial authorities beyond Vilot's control.

The legal and regulatory landscape in India is subject to frequent change. While Vilot endeavours to deliver services based on current requirements, it does not warrant that all advice, documents or compliance outputs will remain compliant with subsequently enacted laws or orders.
